Return Policy for Pryce Landon

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and you can return your item(s) for a full refund. 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Should an item be returned without its original shoebox, a $25 fee will be subtracted from the refund. Refunds will not be issued for shoes that are not in unworn or original condition. Additionally, all returns using the provided pre-paid label will incur a $9.95 charge, which will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the return.

Return Guidelines:

1. Ensure your item is in original condition and meets our return policy.
2. Begin your return request by entering your order details.
3. Print the postage label and attach it to your parcel.
4. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including the RA form and original packing slip.
5. If using a courier other than USPS, use a service with tracking capability (UPS, FedEx), and ship to: [Address below]

Merchandise returned to PryceLandon.com will be processed within 7-9 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. PryceLandon.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged return packages.

Once your shoes are received at our Georgia warehouse, your credit card will be refunded, and you'll receive an email notification.
