HOW TO RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and you can return your item(s) for a full refund. 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be identified as damaged in transit, the incorrect item was shipped, or you're not satisfied with your purchase.
All merchandise should be unworn, unused and in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does NOT meet the above return requirements in Pryce Landon discretion.

Provide your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. A post office return label will be emailed to you, free of charge.

Return Guidelines
Make sure your item is in original condition and meets the requirements of our returns policy.
Begin your return request by entering your order details in the fields below. You will then be prompted to select the item you wish to return.
Print the postage label and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
Include the RA form and original packing slip.
If you choose to use a courier other than UPS, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability (USPS, FEDEX) and ship to:


Merchandise returned to PryceLandon.com will be processed within 7-9 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. PryceLandon.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

Once the shoes are returned to our Georgia warehouse, your credit card will be refunded. You will also be notified via email.


TO ENSURE SHOES ARE RETURNABLE, PLEASE ONLY TRY SHOES ON A CARPETED SURFACE.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
